#45 testcase-stats: Html tags are still in legend

Some time ago, we stripped html tags from section names in testcase-stats, which is great. But the legend still shows them, e.g. Cloud -> <b>Test Matrix</b>. Can we get rid of that too? Thanks!

Hey look, somebody else rewrote the HTML code, so it's not my problem any more!
