Reopen Issue

During the F42 CoreOS test days it appeared that issues linked in comments incorrectly redirect users to bugzila issues with same numbers.
In example entered Issue linked to https://github.com/coreos/fedora-coreos-tracker/issues/1904, shortens the url and redirects users to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1904.

Thank you for reporting the issue, and taking the time to fix it. We are currently rehauling the entire codebase, and this will be fixed in the next release
