#63 Idea: Define an event owner and allow them to edit the event details

In #62 it was raised that organizers of a test day might not need QA people to set up their pages, they could do it themselves. Obviously we don't want give global admin/creator rights to a large number of people, but giving rights to individual event pages sounds reasonable, and it would allow those people to set up the test day in a more self-service manner, reducing the QA workload. Let's consider that.


After discussing with @adamwill , this is definitely nice to have, but ultimately probably not required in the long run. And so, we should probably focus our resources elsewhere. Closing.
