Currently, users in the admin interface are displayed in "random" order, probably by user ID. We can't search for e.g. all admin or creator users, because browser search doesn't work in drop-downs, and there's no other way to search in the list. That is inconvenient e.g. to find out who has elevated access to the app.

1. Please sort the users by role by default, putting admin and creator users at the top.
2. If possible, add sorting or filtering for the table.
3. It would be also nice to user colors or some other highlights for important users, e.g. a colored row background for creator and admin users, and an icon for banned users, or something like that.
