#82 Remove resultsdb references from code and from infra setups

Since the rewrite, we no longer use resultsdb for results storage. There are still some references left, e.g. there's RESULTSDB_URL in settings.py.example and resultsdb-api in requirements.txt. Also, in infra, we still seem to deploy resultsdb instance as part of the testdays openshift project. Let's get rid of all of those.
