This PR adds the new logo and some slight color adjustments to the getfedora.org site.

It needs to go live when f34 releases.

@asamalik In the past we used to go ahead and stage all changes to a branch that could then be merged into master to make it live. I guess things have changed? As long as this is being coordinated through the infrastructure folks, all is well. :-)
