Issue #243: Moblin spin should still point to F13 iso's - fedora-websites

There is no Moblin (or meego) spin yet for F14.

So http://spins.fedoraproject.org/moblin/#downloads
should point to F13 iso and torrent and probably have
a warning that it is still F13 only.

Unfortunately according to the site already about 1445 people
have tried to download the non-existent F14 Moblin spin.

Simple workaround would be to revert:

Though would be good to add a note that it is still F13.
