#423 Old events on Fedora Join or possibly RH time machine?
Closed: Invalid Opened by markdude.

Old events on https://fedoraproject.org/en/join-fedora eg: Meet Fedora.
Upcoming Events: FUDcon Tempe 2011 in Arizona, USA - Latinoware 2010, etc.

Possible fixes are EASY -a manual pull of a few upcoming events every 4 months or so. OR finding a dynamic way to pull events- similar to how the Latest Fedora Planet posts and latest announcements are current.

If this is a sign RH has a time machine ( to go along with the orbiting laser station rumored to exist) please disregard and consider me asking for access to said time machine :D

How, finally we reached someone willing to update this page :)
In fact it's all hard written..

The problem is that we don't have any way to aggregate events. Robyduck has started to define this.

By that time, I am +1 to drop entirely this section or just to link to the event wiki page, or whatever.
It's really bad to keep it outdated, thanks.

I'd agree with dropping it entirely, it doesn't make sense having events which took place 2 years ago...it will take me some time to define all the things I want to aggregate, but I will open a dedicated ticket or discussion ASAP to explain what I want to do.

I am willing to update the events every 2-3 months with manual selection of upcoming highlights and use git to update it. If Roby has another idea- I'm a big supporter of making things more awesome :)
