Some 64-bit computers has only 32-bit UEFI like Asus t100, Dell Venue 8 pro. 64-bit Fedora is compatible with this devices, but not bootable because doesn't support 32-bit UEFI.
Well it's not really a websites question, but anyway, we don't support 32-bit UEFI and can't add this on the websites, simply because it's...not true.
