  • Another image to replace the beijing image in [0] (it's not, i'm gonna upload the fudcon image)
  • An preregistration page to set in "Register Now" in [0]
  • The college logo
  • I think that this it's important, the electrical ratings and any other additional information that you think could be relevant to set in [1]

I think that with this and the other content, we'll ready to upload the Fudcon APAC pages,

I've attached the patch to update the APAC FUDCon session, feel free to let me know if there is another task to do.

I forgot to uncomment the registration link in index page. Please use the lastest patch.

Thank you Sophie, the patch looks good. Here's the other information you needed:

  • Another image to replace the beijing image in [0] (it's not, i'm gonna upload the fudcon image)

The FUDCon logo is fine here, as you've already added.

  • An preregistration page to set in "Register Now" in [0]

OK to remove that link as you've already done. We don't plan to have online registrations yet.

  • The college logo

We have permission from the college over email to use the college logo on their website: http://www.mitcoe.ac.in/

but now that I've looked, there don't seem to be any usable image files there. I found this:

http://www.fosssummit.in/sites/default/files/mit-coe-logo-132.png

on one of their conference websites. If it looks OK I can ask them for permission to use that image.

  • I think that this it's important, the electrical ratings and any other additional information that you think could be relevant to set in [1]

Electrical ratings: 230V, 50Hz AC, Plug type: C, D, M. However, many power outlets are universal and may accept a number of plugs without an adaptor.

Hi Kiara,

the patch is not enough, and there is no link to the wiki page. Also, there are several links and items of Beijing:
* the index still links and shows Beijing 2014
* on the index we should change the FUDCon date to 2015
* links in the APAC page (Register and Agenda) are still for Beijing.
* We can also drop the link to FUDCon LATAM (href="#"), will update it when Argentina is ready
* this is a plus: can you also update FLOCK in the index? http://flocktofedora.org/ is in Rochester (NY), there are no other links as we have a dedicated webpage.

Kiara, I sponsored you to gitfedora, will apply this patch in the meanwhile. Please go ahead and check always, before pushing, if the changes you do work, we are on production here. Thanks, and congrats!

@siddhesh: I wonder why there isn't any registration possibility for FUDCon, people should be able to register as always. Also, where is the Agenda? I cannot find it, and users who come to fudcon.fpo should find all links they need to get informations about FUDCon.

Thanks for your answers siddhesh. I'll be waiting your response about if we can really use the logo venue, once you have the go, let me know through this thread.

Can we do this first update without the logo? It may take a while for them to revert with a full resolution logo for us to use throughout our material. They haven't responded to me about using the graphic I mentioned. I can then raise a separate ticket to add a logo for the college once I have it.

It is too early for both, the agenda as well as attendee registration. The speaker registration ended on 9th March but we don't have a short list of selected talks yet. I will raise separate tickets for both (registration link and to update the agenda) once I have that information.

That's okey. The rest of the changes have been uploaded this weekend. I'm gonna close this ticket and when you have the logo, create a new one.

Best regards!.
