The obsolete keys are in https://getfedora.org/keys/obsolete.html

EPEL 5 is still active:
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/collections/

Also the EPEL 5 key is not available on the obsolete page, I guess it is the EPEL 4 key that is available there, but the key is only labelled as EPEL not as EPEL 4.

sorry, I was wrong, it is the EPEL 5 key on the obsolete page, however it should be labelled as EPEL 5 and moved back to the active keys page.
