I tested the latest daily build just now, and the tour works as expected, and has the video.
The idea is that we should set a custom order of our own rather than sorting alphabetically by default (there's some relevant upstream design work here)
It should be done upstream. There are very few differences between upstream and downstream default apps (Firefox, ABRT, LibreOffice, Rhythmbox), so there is no reason to do something custom for Fedora. It's easy to work Firefox, ABRT, and LibreOffice into upstream grid order. Rhythmbox is the only app we would need to keep in a downstream patch.

Mostly fixed, but still tagged for Fedora 33 milestone. Should we close it as fixed and open a new ticket to track UX issues for Fedora 34? Or other?
