GNOME Software's Software Repositories dialog includes a section for the 3rd party repos, which includes a "find out more..." link which points to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Workstation/Third_Party_Software_Repositories .
Linking to a wiki page seems pretty unreliable (see #205). One solution that was suggested there was to move the page to https://pagure.io/fedora-workstation/tree/master (add docs/ there). Another possibility might be to add the information to software itself, which would have the obvious advantage of working when offline.

Linking to a markdown file in a git repo does not seem better than a wiki page.
Filed an upstream ticket to see if we can include the information directly in Software itself: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/-/issues/1155
It's worth noting that the wiki page is pretty out of date, and only a subset of it is useful to Software users, so this is probably a good opportunity to clean it up.

We will probably need to wait until after F35 to land this, since the way the 3rd party repos work is going to change.
It will also require that the link from Software gets updated to point to the new page.
We have the new page at https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/workstation-working-group/third-party-repos/ , and I've requested that Software points to it instead of the wiki.
The upstream ticket has been fixed - Software will link to the new docs page. And I've set up a redirect from the old wiki page to the new docs page.
I think we can call this done.
