Each cycle, we pick a new working group chair. Is anyone interested in taking over for F38?

Since F37 is seriously delayed, we might want to appoint a new chair prior to its release. F37 is pretty much done as far as we're concerned...

Michael has kindly volunteered to take over as chair for F38, starting with the meeting on 22 November.
