#386 Improve the problem reporting UI

The gnome-abrt UI hasn't seen any updates in some time. It has a fair few issues, including:

  • It's still GTK3
  • Most of the design patterns are pretty old and aren't up to date
  • The My/System switcher at the top is awkward and confusing
  • The reporting workflow is cumbersome and lacks polish

We've discussed this in the context of #130 and decided to split the UI issues out into their own thread. The ABRT team have stated that they don't have the resources or expertise to work on the UI.

There is some initial design work which shows what an updated ABRT UI could look like.
