Zuul encountered a syntax error while parsing its
configuration in the repo fedora-zuul-jobs on branch master. The
problem was:

Job rpm-scratch-build-s390x not defined

The problem appears in the the "build" project-template stanza:

jobs:
- check-for-arches
- check-for-eln
- eln-rpm-scratch-build
