add feature image for "Task scheduling with cron" Taiga card #191

This is fine as-is although it might be better to add a drop shadow to the text (or change the color maybe?). The word "tasks" is a little hard to see against the clock at small size.

I'm happy to merge this if you don't want to make further edits. This is more advice for future images.
