I'm having a hard time verifying this. But I'm not denying it's happening. Can you help me understand how you are seeing 1376x768?

When I load the svg in Inkscape and select the image I see 1890x800 in the status bar

Go to the "media" page on WordPress by selecting it in the left column. It will take you here:

The size of the image is shown in the right column as 1376x768

Select the new image you uploaded and it will show that it is 1890x800
