Updating the theme with the new logo.

This needs to go live when f34 releases.

If I understand this correctly, merging it here won't make it visible on Fedora Magazine automatically, correct? I believe we need to import it as a new theme (or a new version) and switch it in the admin panel. If I'm right, we can do all that except the actual switch, which we'd do when f34 releases.

Verifying with @duffy that the file in this PR is the final version.
