#4 Make it possible to run integration test against fedpkg and pyrpkg together

Currently, integration test runs with fedpkg only. Modify the runner so that integration test can run with a development version of pyrpkg. The development version of pyrpkg means the one built from latest master branch.

This is useful for testing fedpkg and pyrpkg together when there is a dependency of them for a new release.
