#400 fedpkg fork adds correct remove URL

Download 400.patch

Except the correct URL fixes the right function when the repo is in
directory differs from the project name. And removes unnecessary
namespace argument.

Looks good to me. There is a typo in commit message, and in docstring for repo_name.
