@mattdm I am not sure if this makes sense. People might want to maintain modules whose respective rpms might be maintained by others.
If we say the requestor to be the main admin and add acls from rpm namespace to modules namespace (assuming rpm main admin will be part of admin acls) even then it seems we are forcing people to maintain other things adding more work to them.
Oh, I see what you're saying. I see it as adding access, rather than adding responsibility, but I can see it as taken that way. Hmmm.
Maybe needs some devel list discussion. My main goal is to reduce the number of hoops to start with modules -- there's a lot!
It seems this would be useful for any new namespace, when another is already created. Or at least allow option to specify it, when using fedpkg request-repo. Should be useful also for tests namespace.
