I was hoping to add vbatts as a comaintainer to these packages:

golang-github-coreos-go-systemd-devel.noarch,

golang-github-kr-pty-devel.noarch,
golang-googlecode-goprotobuf.x86_64,
golang-googlecode-goprotobuf-devel.noarch,
golang-googlecode-net-devel.noarch,
golang-googlecode-sqlite-devel.noarch,
go-bindata.x86_64

I've added them to the packager group.

They should be able to request acls now via the web interface.
