The current version of psi packaged for Fedora is 0.15-23.fc28, which is 3+ years behind the current upstream version 1.3.

Looks like Ivan did respond on https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1492498 in February, but it seems he didn't follow through.

Yes, but he did nothing. Psi package is still broken.
This will be discussed at the 2018-05-11 FESCo meeting. This may need to invoke https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers#Exception_procedure due to maintainer stalling the process.

I sent him emails, asked to respond in RHBZ tickets, but got no answers.
