This is a ticket for the Fedora's Policy for nonresponsive package maintainers.
cc @jjames who just fixed the package

I've closed my PR, given that. But the underlying maintenance of this is still a problem.
Oh, I hope I didn't step on your toes @ngompa. I haven't heard from Paulo for months (and I have tried to contact him by email), but this has happened before and then he has reappeared. I don't know what to expect there. I've just been trying to keep his packages in working order for him in his absence. As far as I am concerned, you should proceed with taking over this package.
If he doesn't respond soon, we should probably make my de facto maintenance of his other packages explicit, as well.
@jjames I'd rather you maintain it (you did a better patch than I did!) and I'd happily comaintain as needed. :100:
Okay, that's fine with me. It looks like the nonresponsive maintainer bug has been open for 9 days, right? Has anybody run fedora-active-user to see when he last did something?
Answering my own question, and aggressively snipping output:

upgrading python-flask-babel will break other pcpa packages, I know this because I have asked lasted upgrade.
Many thanks to Itamar for pinging me. Sagemath is the only package I maintain, actually, lately mostly Jerry, that uses python-flask-babel. I am perfectly fine with Jerry or Neal maintaining the package if this looks better, and because python-flask-babel might need far more faster response from maintainers now. BTW, I am also in the last few days of a 20 days vacation, otherwise I should have seen this issue earlier :(
@ngompa Is this ticket resolved, or should we do anything else?
@churchyard The package needs to be transferred to @jjames per @pcpa's comment. But wrt non-responsive process, I don't think there's anything else...
@pcpa Please add @jjames as comaintainer.
Let's close this here though.

I am perfectly fine with Jerry or Neal maintaining the package...
I've added @jjames and @ngompa.
