The work around Raspberry Pi 4 has been on going for a number of years, but we've never officially supported it due to lack of accelerated graphics and other key features. With Fedora 37, Raspberry Pi 4 is now officially supported, including accelerated graphics using the V3D GPU.
Owners, do not implement this work until the FESCo vote has explicitly ended. The Fedora Program Manager will create a tracking bug in Bugzilla for this Change, which is your indication to proceed. See the FESCo ticket policy and the Changes policy for more information.
Could you please answer my questions?

@pbrobinson ping, see ^
Been on PTO, sorry for attempting to have some AFK time, it shall not happen again!
It's the same for all supported arm devices. No specifics on the website, blocking like Jetson Nano and RPi3. Others like QE could have answered this.
blocking like Jetson Nano and RPi3
Could you please actually explain what that means? ideally, in the change proposal, say what new release blocking criteria are added and where? That would actually help me understand what it is that you are proposing here. The change proposal as is is essentially meaningless to me, sorry.
This I think gives an overview of the QE process: https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/issue/615
Also note this is more a change about marketing requested by @mattdm as opposed to anything technical. I didn't particularly want to do a Change as it would happen what ever which way, but Matthew wanted a Change to allow for marketing.
After a week, there are no votes. Waiting for a vote...
+1
(I agree with Miro that the scope of this change could be defined better. I still hope this can happen so that users and maintainers know what to expect.)
The vote is
APPROVED (+1,0,-0)

Is it? https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/#_ticket_policy
If the week passes and the required number of votes have not been met, the proposal is extended by one further week and the minimum requirement becomes a single positive "for" vote.
I assumed that this would only be approved with (+1,0,-0) in one more week.
I was waiting to see this proposal updated before voting. As of now, I don't understand it.
Correct, this is not approved yet.

Once again, @pbrobinson, could you please update the proposal to explain what's actually happening?
This topic is on the agenda for tomorrow's FESCo meeting:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/6VAM5N54Z4AJQ7XVYFSZZFC6QTG26P7H/
It was approved last week:
AGREED: As indicated in the Change, the owners will perform necessary documentation updates and convergence onto docs.fp.o. The Change is approved, contingent upon those doc updates being made by Beta release. (+5, 0, -0)
Right, sorry. I flaked on updating the tickets last week.
