Hi,
I have been doing RPM packaging for several years., I'd like to become a proven packager, as part of my work on Fedora, I often need to update different packages.
Thanks!

+1
+1 from me.
Traditionally, we've asked the question: "Why do you need to be a provenpackager?" (rather than asking for permissions on the individual packages).
While Olivier definitely has the necessary skills, I would like to hear his specific need before I vote.

Well basically, recently I had to update a package for which I did not have the rights (xorgproto) - Peter Hutterer did not have the rights either, but Peter is a proven packager so he was able to update the package in Fedora, and he suggested I should apply for becoming a proven packager as well.
But I do not have any grand plan other than updating packages when needed. To be honest, it's not really a hard blocker for me, I can continue without being a proven packager, as I managed to do until now :-)
It's been a week. I see nine +1's and 0 -1's, so this is accepted.
