#3143 adding @haskell-lang-sig to most Haskell packages
Closed: Accepted 10 months ago by zbyszek. Opened a year ago by petersen.

See https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10891 for original context.

I would like to request FeSCO to approve mass adding @haskell-lang-sig to most Haskell packages starting with all ghc-* libraries.

I am the maintainer for a large number of them anyway.

Are you requesting "commit" or "admin" access? Currently, most groups that are covered by the SIG policy get "commit" access only.

So, this got a bit lost along the way.

It needs a docs PR to add this to sig-policy... and then a releng pr to add it to the script.

I can try and do those things, but if someone else wants to first, please feel free.

This still wasn't answered, as far as I can tell.

I would recommend going with "commit" access, since it matches the other already present policies.

I guess the PR is sufficiently vague (commit or admin) that it doesn't matter what @petersen wants, but we still need to know for the implementation of the policy which one should be the default.

Let's continue the discussion of those details in the pr.
