Adjust java/java-devel provides/requires to multivendor world and obsolete all non-system LTS JDKs (java-1.8.0-openjdk, java-11-openjdk, java-17-openjdk in time of writing) by appropriate, properly integrating, RPMs from Eclipse Adoptium repositories.

I was a little bit conflicted here at the start. But looking at this Change as basically two separate Changes that just happen to be proposed together:
I think both of these would be perfectly fine in isolation. So doing both at the same time is fine too, even though it might "look weird" (at least to me). I just hope the third-party repo integration will be done correctly to avoid issues.
