Upgrade LXQt in Fedora to version 2.1.

As this is a ticket for f42, and there is a decent possibility that lxqt 2.2 or maaaybe even 2.3 gets released before f42 goes out, is there a way to possibly stretch this ticket's... scope to that version?
Lxqt releases are very difficult to plan for from a logistical standpoint. I would like to give our users the latest version with new fedora releases, but because lxqt updates tend to cause ABI breakages (its very annoying and upstream does not care to fix that), tickets like this one are required. And that's fine.
Tl;dr: would it be possible to extend this request's scope to any lxqt version out by the time f42 gets released?
It is unlikely for LXQt 2.2 to release in time (typically LXQt releases are April/May and October/November), but if released before final freeze, it's probably possible to squeeze it in.
Yes from a package upgrade standpoint, I can rebuild the full stack in copr no problem, and then push to rawhide within a week.
Given the risk of ABI-breakage close to Final Freeze, I'd prefer to have that be a separate request that we can evaluate at that time.
I'm +1 to including LXQt 2.1 though.
+1 for 2.1
and +1 to making a separate request for 2.2 / 2.3 if / when those are released, so we have a better idea how it would fit into the release schedule.
