Hi, FESCo members. As I said on devel list, clearly some things went wrong in the process here. It's going to take us some time to understand exactly what, and what we should collectively do about it.
The Council asks that FESCo's decision to revoke Peter Robinson's proven packaging privileges should be put on hold (that is, being given back for now) until the Council completes our investigation. (+6, -0, 2 abstentions)

I have re-added him to the provenpackager group.
Note that somehow I didn't take into account everything when trying to remove him on src.fedoraproject.org, as it was showing him still in the group. ;(
Pagure refreshes group membership on login, but perhaps there was some more caching going on than realized. There is work on a process to sync group membership outside of login, but it's not complete yet.

Does it mean that the Council overruled the FESCo's decision about the provenpackager?
Or does it mean that the Council no longer wishes to do so?
It has overruled the decision. This is supposed to be announced soon.
