I updated the Page and Accounts groups and the FESCo list.

@amoloney I don't seem to have privilege to award the FESCo badge to @fale. Can you?

@fale Are you OK with the current time (Tuesdays 17:00 UTC)? If not, we can try to find a better time, but it's arduous and we always end up with something late in the evening for Europe anyway, so if the current time is acceptable, it'd be easier to keep it.

tuesday 17:00 UTC works for me. Only complain I have is that it is in UTC and not GMT (so UTC +DST), but it is ok :)

Hmm, I don't know anything about GMT including DST. Wikipedia says that GMT is either the same as UTC or (previously) UTC-12. (By definition, GMT is the local time based on the mean sun at noon, so it's impossible for it to introduce a shift.)

But more practically, we use UTC because countries generally introduce DST at different dates, so it's less confusing if people only need to know about their offset to UTC and not some other time zones.
