During the QA Team meeting Wednesday (4 Feb 09) a question arose about the scope and authority of the QA team. Although there was some consensus, there was no actual publicly available charter. Fedora is international and volunteers come from a wide set of experiences; there's no promise we all share the same perception of what teams and sub-teams do.

Could FESCo discuss this in the Friday meeting and come up with a plan? wwoods will be attending, I think, and knows the issue.
