Going through the list of users listed for removal in the current run I noticed:

blivet-maint
rhcontainerbot
usercont
virtmaint

I think these should be checked with fedora-infra to reach out the real users behind them and find out if they're still needed. If so, they should be added to the exclusion list.

I don't think it's a question for Infra. I'll contact the teams behind these accounts if they don't chime in on the tickets. but if they're non-responsive, their bots shouldn't be left active. Putting them on the exclusion list is contrary to the intent of having packing bot accounts, IMO.
