Hello @jstanley,
during our periodic check as per the "Inactive packagers policy" we detected no activity from you as a packager, nor in other Fedora community places, like Bodhi or mailing lists.
In order to reduce security risks from possible accounts hijacking we're trying to contact you to know if you're still reachable and if your email set in Fedora Account System (jon*@gmail.com) is still valid.
Please, let us know if you're still intersted in participating in Fedora and if you still need your account to be listed in the packager group.

Without any reply from you, in two months we will proceed to remove your account from the packager group. Your account will still be active.
The following is a list of packages that may become orphan if the user is removed from the packager group. Affected co-maintainers users and groups are provided as well:
User jstanley will be removed from packager group.
Metadata Update from @mattia: - Issue close_status updated to: Removed from packagers - Issue status updated to: Closed (was: Open)
I can see that @jstanley is no longer in the packager group, but he is still listed as the main admin on multiple packages. Are those going to be orphaned? I ask because I'd like to adopt keychecker, the package we maintain together.
Hey Carl -
Feel free! My time has become somewhat limited lately. Let me know what I need to do, as it seems I missed the previous email.

There has been a misunderstanding in the removal process, so that users have been removed from packagers, but the packages have not been orphaned. This is being corrected, see https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11621
I don't get this process - I think something is wrong here. Looking at the prague ticket on the web, there are a number of comments that have the packages that I maintain, the fact that I'll be removed from the packager group, etc. (no actions that I disagree with, BTW). The issue comes in the process. I got a single ping two months ago, and it seems that prague didn't send an email for the other comments.
The only thing that I see is the initial ping (which I must have missed in a flood of email, anyone can be forgiven for missing a single email), and then Carl's comment. None of the other intervening comments generated an email, and there was no "one month reminder" or anything. Miss a single email and you're done (and worst case, you think I've passed away or something horrible has befallen me).
Again, I have no issue with being removed, but it seems the process could use some work because I'm certain other people might have issues.
