Since you can't log in to Pagure, you can't open a ticket with the Infrastructure team, but you can either

• email the infrastructure mailing list
• join #admin:fedoraproject.org on Matrix or #fedora-admin on Libera IRC (they are bridged)

to get in touch with the Infra team for help
