The current issue template for this repository is specific to an in-person Flock 2019. The template could be edited to encourage new kinds of questions for people to answer or consider when opening a new issue here.

Here is an Etherpad with the existing Pagure issue template. If someone can work on updating this, myself or another git admin can help out with getting the issue template updated in the repo, since it cannot be done from the Pagure GUI.
