In the 2020-05-06 Mindshare meeting, folks were discussing feedback about Time Zones for scheduling content at Flock 2020. I wanted to open this ticket as a way to focus discussion on time zones, and give folks who want to participate a chance to weigh in how this impacts their participation:

@siddharthvipul1 updated the template to request time zones when submitting a new issue. That will help us create the schedule.
