= Questions/Requested Information

This year our contributor conference will be virtual! You have the option to submit live or pre-recorded sessions.

What is your proposal?

A lot of Fedora community members wonder what Red Hat is thinking and what it wants. That is a difficult question to answer as Red Hat is not a person, it is a large company with many products only a few of which are directly impacted by Fedora. However, that doesn't mean that there are no goals or desires. In this talk we will hear what Red Hat thinks about when Fedora comes up in the conversation and how Fedora is seen as fitting into the larger RHEL Ecosystem.

For this talk leaders in the RHEL Platform Engineering Group and the RHEL Business Unit will be solicited for input, and ideally direct presentation.

Who in addition to the speaker needs to be in the virtual room for this to succeed?

Anyone interested in understand what Red Hat is doing and how Red Hat participation in Fedora is part of that story.

This is a: 50 minute Talk

Anything else we need to know?

Portions of this presentation may be pre-recorded to get the right people participating. There will definitely be appropriate people available for Q&A.

Who are you?

Name: Brian Exelbierd
FAS ID: bex
IRC Nick, if not FAS ID: bexelbie
Timezone: CEST
Availability for August 5-8th: Limited availability on 7 August, no availability on 8 August.
