#323 [Talk-50] Examining Fedora's DEI: Panel Discussion

What is your proposal?
The purpose of this panel discussion is to highlight best practices for inclusive community outreach and development that are designed to improve diversity of the Fedora Project. I am working to coordinate a panel of about 7 people (4 confirmed). We have two DEI experts that will join us for the discussion: Kimla Lee and Ron Brown. They are part of Red Hat's Blacks United in Leadership and Diversity group and would be open source contributors.

Be specific about what you want to accomplish, how this helps the project and
the attendees.

This discussion is meant to examine Fedora's current diversity and talk about how to improve our processes and culture to create a more inclusive environment.
