Issue #1619: rename "fm-orchestrator" to "mbs" - fm-orchestrator

It's difficult to know what "fm-orchestrator" is. Everyone refers to this project as "MBS".

Would you please rename this Git repository to "mbs"?

The purpose of this change is to make the Modularity infrastructure easier to understand.

The Fedora package has already been named "module-build-service":
