#775 Duplicate State Trace Entries

As part of Ralph and I's testing in MBS stage, we changed the default git URL for components to be a non-existent URL so that the build would fail in the "init" state. We then changed the default git URL for components back and resubmitted the module. The build did what we expected but the trace entries contained odd duplicates:
