Currently submitting huge modules such as the first base-runtime prototype takes way too long -- it has over 2500 components and together with the slowness of the stg environment it took around an hour to process.
modlint, a modulemd check tool, does a similar check and @jkaluza has been working on making it run in parallel, which improves the performance quite significantly.
I don't consider this critical right now, however.
This seems to be caused by a fact that base-runtime-0.25-2 is not in PDC. There is only base-runtime-0.25-1.
Which has been probably caused by stopped pdc-updater. It was not configured to start after system restart.
