Remove Jackson and JBoss packages
    
    These are being bundled in RHEL dogtag-pki.  While the bundling is not yet
    implemented in ELN, we also need not specify them as explicitly wanted.
    dogtag-pki will continue to pull in its runtime dependencies as needed.
