Drop 'type' setting from kiwibuild stanzas
    
    Pungi gets confused and propagates this value up to something which
    isn't aware of the kiwi image types. We can drop this for now because
    there are no profiles that have multiple types defined, but it is
    something that needs to be eventually fixed.
