copr: quote with_items
    
    This seems to be caused by some asynchronous update of ansible package
    on copr backend:
    
        The error appears to have been in
        '/home/copr/provision/provision_builder_tasks.yml': line 45,
        column 7, but may
        be elsewhere in the file depending on the exact syntax problem.
        The offending line appears to be:
    
          with_items:
            - @copr/copr
              ^ here
