D&I Advisor: Use Antora page aliases to redirect old page to new home
    
    This commit uses Antora page aliases to handle a redirect to the new
    namespace. It redirects this page to the `diversity-inclusion`
    component, the `roles` module, and the `council-advisor.adoc` page.
    
    This is not tested. It may be the first time we are using page aliases
    in a Fedora Docs page, not sure! If this does work as-is, this will be
    worthwhile to document in the Fedora Docs docs.
