security: minor grammar fix
    
    In bbf03df (security: use gpgv to verify CHECKSUM signatures,
    2021-06-25), the instructions were changed to avoid the need to import
    the Fedora GPG keys.  Replace 'import' with 'download' in the
    instructions.
