Currently the membership enrollment dialog has two tables: available and prospective. The admin has to select entries from the available table, then move it into the prospective table, then click Enroll.

The dialog can be simplified into a single table. Once the entries are selected, the admin can click Enroll directly. The filter box remains the same.

The current method is longer but it might be useful if the admin wants to collect the entries to be added using different search filters and then add them all at once. The new method is simpler and probably sufficient for most cases.
