#5492 ipa-server-install fails with "context already exists"

Closed: Invalid Opened Nov 25, 2015 by ofayans.

The following error is thrown at the attempt to install ipa using the latest upstream freeipa-server:

Restarting the directory server
Restarting the KDC

ipa.ipapython.install.cli.install_tool(Server): ERROR    connect: 'context.ldap2_139996891942992' already exists in thread 'MainThread'
ipa.ipapython.install.cli.install_tool(Server): ERROR    The ipa-server-install command failed. See /var/log/ipaserver-install.log for more information

The full stdout and install.log are attached
